Employee Engagement & Internal Communication
- Implement & develop internal communication to ensure all employees are well informed of the company activities and strengthen employees’ awareness of company rules, policies and culture…;
- Coordinate to propose ideas for employee engagement, enhance Internal Communication;
- Process Employee Engagement survey & coordinate with other Department for action plan;
- Support with the proposal of various change management strategies and intervention to improve employee satisfaction;
- Follow up employee relations issues, investigations and resolution.
- In charge of employer branding, recruitment campus;
- Develop talent pool for various key positions for the identified needs above;
- Coordinate or join in indoors or outdoors recruitment events;
- Carry out recruitment process, from the job posting, coordination of test/interview procedure, candidate sourcing... to effective employment for assigned open positions, towards both external and internal candidates;
- Control department headcounts and recruitment budget.
- Take in charge of Induction Program to facilitate Company employment integration;
- Assist HR Manager in building training materials both classroom training and online training, delivering training courses as training timeline and achieve the training target;
- Delivery effective training activities coordination and timeline finalization with all heads of Department;
- Support logistics arrangements as required;
- In charge of some training reports as required.
Compensation & Benefits
- Take in charge of monthly payroll for Fulltime and Partime employees; key contact for any matters regarding to payroll caculation.
- Manage the probation & contract date, follow up with Line Manager for employee peerformance assessment before due date;
- Employee data input on Master file, eensure to update any changes oor payment adjustment for payroll process.
- Control leaver process: esignation, exit procedure, termination document, final payment,..
- Monitor company compulsory insurance registration for social, health, unemployement as the law for joiners/leavers for all staffs.
- Support HR Manager in HR activities and projects;
- Perform any other HR related tasks as required by HR Manager.

Yêu cầu Công việc
- At least 1-year experience in Internal as HR General positions in foreign Companies;
- Bachelor degree in relevant majors;
- Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills ( both Vietnamese and English);
- Strong networking skills; energetic and outgoing personality;
- Strong organizational and time-management skills;
- Proactive, takes initiative to drive and complete projects;
- Be motivated and results driven;
