1. Scope of management
• A network of more than 80 partner schools (from Primary to High schools)
• 15 Expat Academic Management Employees
• 180 Foreign Teachers
• More than 200 Teacher Assistants
• And 100 of Administrative and Operation Staffs
2. Basic responsibilities
• Maintain smooth operation of the system and quality of its programs
• Maintain the leading position in outreach market
• Maintain projected growth rate and profit margin
• Maintain and strengthen can-do-culture of Schools Link
3. Basic functions
• Work to develop and implement Business Plan/ Operation Plan
• Manage budget (develop/ control)
• Manage sales (retention and new sales; support deputy and managers of schools to conducts sales and meet sales target)
• Manage operation team (Reporting, Scheduler, Customer Care, Admin, Material) to maintain high quality of services and customer satisfaction
• Liaise with HR to recruit and train teachers, TAs and staff
• Maintain and strengthen good relationship with main stake holders including: Partner
• Schools Management, District Departments of Education, Hanoi Department of Education and Training and other stakeholders
• Manage and work with Academic Manager and ACMAN team to maintain quality of teachers and teaching services
• Liaison with departments of the company e.g. Admin, F&A, HR, IFY, Marketing for supports
• Provide reliable market research for the in-charge business segment

• University degree/ or Master degree (preferred)
• Strong leadership skills

• Excellent at communication skill in Vietnamese and English
• Business oriented
• Willing to travel and work overtime
• Excellent Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• 5-year experience above at senior management role
• Normally working time: 8:30 - 17:30 from Mondays to Fridays. Work on weekends if required by line manager
• Lunch break from 12:00 – 13:00
