•    Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science required (Master's degree preferred).
•    Proven experience in software engineering and developing scalable applications following coding best practices.
•    Experience with in-house software development for customers, not outsourcing companies.
•    At least 3 years of experience leading software development teams.
•    Strong proficiency in C++ programming language and QT framework.
•    Familiarity with design patterns, multi-threading, IPC, and debugging.
•    Experience in Linux development environment and system programming.
•    Solid understanding of software compilation, linking, and version control tools (e.g., RTC, Jira).
